THINK WHAT YOU EAT

"Health is wealth" .This quotation is true and i can prove that a person that is healthy he/she canbe wealthy. A healthy person can overcome illnesses then there is no reason that he/she cannot attain his/dreams. One other thing, a wealthyman whose not in good condition his/her money will be wasted in curing his/her disease.
Today many diseases are coming out because of our unhealthy lifestyle. One of the diseases is cancer, cause by unbalance diet but take note, not all cancer are cause by unhealhty lifestyle. It can be hereditary.Tubercolosis is also an example of lifestyle disease. IT was proven thatdue to smoking, drinking liquors and bad habits can provoke the occurrence of tuberculosis. Other examples of lifestyle diseases are heart disease, diabetes, rheumatism and arthritis.But there are ways to prvent them, one is balanced diet, eating nutritious foods especially grow,go and glow foods so that our boby and mind will stay storng and healthy. Enough number of hours of sleep. exertcise regularly. Take your vitamins recommended by your doctor. Have some rest and try to relax your boby and mind. Don't forget that laugther is still the best medicine.
It is not too late ta think and do what is rigth for you. So start eating your nutritious food today.
